Just one and a half months to go, and it's here again! For the second November in my life, I can alienate myself from every social contact I've managed to keep up til now, forget everything that has anything to do with school, start living entirely on instant coffee and liquorice, let my so-called physical appearance disrupt completely, ignore reality even more effectively than I do now, and simply write and write and write.
Yes, NaNoWriMo is nearing. And despite the fact that I really really aren't supposed to have enough time (with the new school and all the awesome people there and my new hobbies and social life and the newfound motivation to start doing art-or-whatever-it's-supposed-to-be-called again), I intend to participate. Remembering the desperate fight I went through last year to get the 50,386 words, I may not live to tell the tale this year. But whatevahh, it's great fun!
Again, while reading random Discordian stuff, I stumbled upon the story of Emperor Norton. It keeps inspiring me in amazing-ish amounts, but I don't know what to do with that inspiration, which is why it just turns into an indolent frustration.
Damn you, Norton I, damn you.
